Accident: Chop

A Chop is when one car makes a left turn and hits a car in the inside lane of the turn, by cutting the turn short.

-a: The red car turns left and cuts his turn too short, hitting the green car.
-f: The red car turns left, this time delaying the turn and then turning the wheel sharply to avoid hitting the green car.
-d: The green car pulls up closer to the curb of the intersection, stopping a few feet short of the actual intersection, so the red car misses him when turning.
