Xchanging (India) is a key element of the technology and global delivery arm of Xchanging (UK), providing strategic IT Solutions to global customers. It specializes in providing comprehensive software and strategic IT Solutions to the insurance vertical of Xchanging Worldwide. My domain of expertise was Insurance with special focus on the London market. Our product - IRIS (Insurance and Re-Insurance Software), a RPG/400 based re-insurance product with GUI developed in .NET using DB2/400 as the database, was used primarily by global clients like Lloyd‘s, Axis Insurance, Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Company Limited. 	I worked as a Software Engineer in HCL Technologies from 07/2004 to 05/2006 for our client -  Infor Global Solutions. My domain of expertise here was Financial and ERP packages. We developed and maintained an ILE RPG based software with GUI developed in Java using DB2/400 as the database. ILE RPG programs were written to communicate between the GUI and database. My role: Software design, testing & defect analysis. Perform code reviews and unit testing of modules.
