FINDINGS:

There were two contiguous statistically significant count deficits found in the myocardial perfusion distribution.

The first area, which probably is diseased, is mainly located in the apical wall. This area possibly is extended to the anteroseptal wall. There is moderate evidence of reversibility.

The second area, which probably is diseased, is mainly located in the inferior wall. This area possibly is extended to the septal side of the inferoseptal wall. There is moderate evidence of reversibility.

IMPRESSION:

The tomographic scan is abnormal.

There is disease in the RCA, with minor evidence of ischemia.

There probably is disease in the LAD, with minor evidence of ischemia.
