FINDINGS:

There were two contiguous statistically significant count deficits found in the myocardial perfusion distribution.

The first area, which probably is diseased, is mainly located in the anteroseptal and apical walls. There is some evidence of reversibility.

The second area, which is diseased, is mainly located in the lateral side of the anterolateral wall. This area probably is extended to the lateral side of the inferolateral wall. There is moderate evidence of reversibility.

IMPRESSION:

The tomographic scan is abnormal.

There is disease in the LAD, with minor evidence of ischemia.

There is disease in the LCX, with moderate evidence of ischemia.

Abnormalities in the study may be created or augmented due to breast attenuation.
