FINDINGS:

One contiguous statistically significant count deficit was found in the myocardial perfusion distribution.

This area, which is diseased, is mainly located in the septal and apical walls. It probably is extended to the anterolateral and inferior walls and the anterior side of the anteroseptal wall. There is major evidence of reversibility.

IMPRESSION:

The tomographic scan is abnormal.

There is disease in the LAD, with major evidence of ischemia.
