If there is a reduction of counts in the basal, mid-basal or mid-apical regions of the inferior sides of the inferolateral and inferoseptal myocardial walls, then there is evidence of a perfusion defect in the inferior myocardial wall.

There probably is a reduction in the mid-apical region of the inferior side of the inferolateral myocardial wall, and in the mid-apical region of the inferior side of the inferoseptal myocardial wall.
