This area, which is diseased, is located in the septal and apical walls. It probably is extended to the anterolateral and inferior walls and the anterior side of the anteroseptal wall. It possibly is further extended to the lateral side of the inferolateral wall. There is major evidence of reversibility in the septal, anterior and apical walls. There also is moderate evidence of reversibility in the lateral and inferior walls. There probably is evidence of a blob area shape.
